Open Zenshifts and click Organization. 


Select Staff from the dropdown


Click Add New


Add Name and Contact Information. You can also upload a photo for the employee.


Select the Access Privileges for the staff member.

Access privileges determine what a user can and cannot do within Zenshifts


Click Locations to set where the staff member will work


Click Positions to set what role the staff member will work


Click Salary/Wage to set the Hourly or Yearly pay rates.


Click Save & Send Invitation to finish and invite this staff member to have their own Zenshifts account. If you don't want the staff member to have an account simply click Save.
