Publishing a schedule will communicate an individualized Schedule to all staff via Email, SMS and Push Notification on mobile.

Select the week you wish to publish and click 'Publish & Notify'

From the pop up, unselect any staff you don't want the schedule to go to then click next

Choose how to distribute the Schedule by selecting the methods you want.

Once you're finished click Publish.

The shifts will be communicated to the staff and the shifts on the schedule page will change from Yellow to Green to show they have been published.
